Wood flooring is at the core of our business model. TREFFERT develops, manufactures, and markets high performance 100% solids UV curable, and water-based air or force dried coatings for the hardwood market.

Our systems are environmentally and operator friendly and available in gloss levels from <10 to >90 units. We cater for a range of substrates:

The number one requirement of any hardwood floor is to keep them look beautiful over an extended period of time, being able to weather substantial amounts of wear and tear. Our standard coating line provides top level surface properties to meet any product out there in the market.

This includes but is not limited to eco-friendly 100% solids UV curable, non-grain raising water based stains, 100% solids UV stains, hybrid insulation coats for wood species that are oily and have high resin levels, super-matt finishes for oil effect, elastic systems, matt sealers and printable 100% solids UV inks. And, in the unlikely occasion your customers do require to recoat it after many years, we have ensured that they can easily refinish the substrate to recover the floor to its original glory.

Easy-to-clean and safe properties are quickly gaining attraction in the market.
